Fine 925 sterling silver wire is carefully twisted by hand, shaped and wrapped around a smooth black onyx. The intricate silver frame contrasts with the deep, polished surface of the stone, giving the medallion a refined yet slightly raw, sculptural character.

The entire process is carried out by hand — from twisting and forming the silver wire to setting and finishing each individual piece. Small variations in shape and texture are a natural result of this process and are part of the character of PARELPAREL jewelry.

With its compact proportions of 2.5 × 1.7 cm, the medallion feels delicate and filigree while still making a distinctive statement. Designed to be worn every day, on its own or layered with other necklaces.
