Every piece of our jewelry is individually crafted to order. We do not keep finished pieces in stock—production begins only after your order has been placed. This allows us to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to every detail.

Please allow 3-4 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Poland)

We offer complimentary shipping within Poland via InPost Courier.

Once dispatched, domestic deliveries are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Please provide your mobile phone number during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched from our workshop in Warsaw, Poland, twice a week via GLS, DHL, DPD, or UPS.

European Union: Flat shipping rate of 70 PLN

Rest of the World: Flat shipping rate of 180 PLN

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 business days, depending on the destination. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

Returns

As each piece is individually made to order, we kindly encourage thoughtful purchasing before placing your order.

If you wish to return your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
