These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ParelParel website and the purchase of products offered through our online store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

This website is owned and operated by:

ParelParel Sp. z o.o.
Tamka 45A/3
00-355 Warsaw
Poland

If you have any questions regarding these Terms or your order, please contact us through the Contact page on our website.

2. Products

Every ParelParel piece is individually crafted to order. Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or dimensions may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, actual colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, production of your jewellery begins.

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.

5. Production and Delivery

As every item is made to order, please allow the production time indicated on the product page before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier services, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ParelParel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for return or withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

For eligible returns, products must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging within the return period stated in our Returns Policy.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

8. Warranty

ParelParel warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • accidental damage;
  • improper use or storage;
  • unauthorized repairs or modifications;
  • damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, or water where applicable.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParelParel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not store payment card details.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this website. The version in force at the time an order is placed shall apply to that order.
